DSE 2.0 - Week 6 - Day 1 - Construction Begins

After having the building inspector approve our design and getting a load of crushed stone delivered we are on our way!  Construction begins!  Amazing how much a group of people can get done in a morning.   We will be putting the building on deck blocks on a bed of crushed stone.   The giant 16"x16" pier is going to be a fun to fill with concrete, especially at 7 feet up :) But we'll worry about that when the time comes.  We have completed the first floor section of the 12'x12' observing platform.   Thank you to all my family and friends who are helping me make this dream a reality.
