Cancellation Policies

Nocturnal Sky Theatre - full refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the event. Refunds will only be issued the day of the event if cancelled by Deep Sky Eye in cases such as bad weather.

Sky Bubble, Family Sky Bubble, & Sky Cabin - In order to receive a refund for cancellation or rescheduling, you must purchase "Peek Protect" which covers 80% of your booking, on the checkout page. See “Peek Protect Terms” “Peek Protect” is only valid for the date of booking. You have up to 24 hours of the original date to cancel and receive the specified refund. No rescheduling or refunds will be issued without ‘Peek Protect’.
